1 Definitions & Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between bdt17 and its users. The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the bdt17 website, application, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who maintains a registered account on this platform or uses its services.
• "Service" means the online gaming, betting, casino, and related entertainment services provided by bdt17.
• "Account" means the user's personal profile through which access to the platform is granted.
• "Funds" means both real money deposited into the account and bonuses.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

bdt17's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. At the time of registration, each user must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, bdt17 reserves the right to suspend all accounts and cancel all deposited and won funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email address — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing incorrect or false information will be considered a violation of the terms. bdt17 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

It is solely the user's responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legal in their own jurisdiction. bdt17 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from violations of local law.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bdt17 login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

3.2 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawing funds or when certain transaction limits are exceeded. Some services may be temporarily restricted until this process is completed.

3.3 Account Suspension

In cases of serious violations of the terms, bdt17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. The same action may be taken if suspicious fraud or unusual activity is detected.

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their account may do so by sending a request to [email protected]. Any outstanding balance — if withdrawable subject to the terms — will be paid out.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on bdt17: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

A minimum amount of ৳500 applies for withdrawals. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though this may vary in cases of verification delays. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable local taxes or charges are entirely the user's responsibility. bdt17 is not in a position to provide advice on tax-related matters.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals from any third-party account are strictly prohibited. The account holder must use a payment method registered in their own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 qualifies for the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bdt17 reserves the right to immediately cancel any bonus if suspected misuse is identified.
• bdt17 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

bdt17's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), Diamond (up to 1.5%). Promotion to higher tiers is based on regular participation and activity. Full details of VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on bdt17 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and impartial outcomes. No player or third-party software can influence this process.

6.2 Technical Errors

bdt17 may void any bet or transaction recorded as a result of a technical error or system failure. Winnings displayed as a result of such errors are not required to be paid out.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is an objection to the outcome of any game, it must be submitted in writing to the support team within 72 hours of the incident. bdt17's server logs will be considered the final reference in resolving disputes.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules applicable to betting on sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi are described separately. If an event is cancelled after a bet is placed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and are considered serious violations of the terms:

• Unauthorized access to another person's account or attempting to hack it.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to operate games.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• DDoS or any other cyber attack against the platform.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity.

8 Responsible Gaming

bdt17 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a means of livelihood. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming and are committed to ensuring the well-being of players.

Reproducing, redistributing, imitating, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdt17 is committed to providing the highest quality service; however, liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions or failures of third-party services.
• Disruptions caused by uncontrollable events (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or violation of the terms.
• Any losses caused through third-party websites or services.

Even in the worst-case scenario, bdt17's total liability for any single event will not exceed the existing balance of the relevant account.

12 Changes & Termination of Terms

12.1 Right to Make Changes

bdt17 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform or sent to the registered email address.

12.2 Effectiveness

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

12.3 Termination of Service

bdt17 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any service with or without prior notice, as the situation requires. If a service is permanently discontinued, an effort will be made to return available funds subject to the terms and conditions.
